Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

This promotion is open to UK & Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Opening/Closing Date & Time
1. The promotional period will open daily from 08.00 GMT to 23.00 GMT (the “Promotional Hours”) on the 01/05/25 (the “Opening Date”) until 30/09/25 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All entries received outside the Promotional Hours, before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date shall not be accepted.

3. Promotional packs are subject to availability and while stocks last.
How to Enter
1. Purchase a Promotional Pack (see clause 3) instore or online, or purchase a pint, bottle or serve of Peroni Nastro Azzurro in outlet during the Promotional Period, scan the QR code on pack, on promotional materials or glassware or visit www.peronicompetitions.co.uk/summer, during the Promotional Hours and Promotional Period. Confirm age, country of residence and complete the form (including name, email address, Peroni Nastro Azzurro product purchased and on-trade outlet location if applicable) and provide proof of purchase. Receipt upload accepted for retail purchases and an image of pint or receipt accepted for purchases in participating outlets. Complete the game of skill by dropping a pin on the specified location in the closest and fastest time. The pin locations will change within each phase of the promotion. Five pin locations in total.
2. Maximum of one (1) entry per person, per day only. Maximum of one (1) of each prize type per person for the entirety of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified. If you win one (1) of all prize types, please do not continue to enter the promotion, as you will not be eligible to win any further prizes.
3. Entrants must have internet access to enter this Promotion.
4. Purchase of Promotional Product in either in store, online or outlet is necessary to enter the Promotion.
5. Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry and upload proof of purchase in accordance with the requirements set out at clause 4.1 (above).
6. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.
7. During the main Promotional Period, there will be a total of six hundred and eight (608) prizes available to be won, which will be allocated using a leaderboard mechanic across five separate phases (detailed below). During each phase, each winner will receive the prize designated to their rank on the leaderboard from a pre-determined list corresponding to their ranking. The winners will be the participants who complete the game of skill in the closest and fastest time at the end of each phase. The fastest correct participant will be awarded the highest rank on the leaderboard. In the event no participant succeeds, the winner will be the participant whose entry was closest to the correct answer and if multiple participants are equally close, the fastest responding participant will be awarded the highest rank on the leaderboard.
8. Phase 1 shall take place between 08:00 GMT 01/05/25 to 23:00 GMT 13/06/25. 1st ranking will win a trip to Capri for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd to 124th closest and fastest participants will be allocated Antler travel accessories from a pre-determined list which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd – 124th as follows:
  1. Ranks 2nd – 42nd: Antler Cabin Suitcase
  2. Ranks 43rd – 83nd: Antler Luggage Straps
  3. Ranks 84th – 124th: Antler Luggage Tag
9. Phase 2 shall take place between 08:00 GMT 14/06/25 to 23:00 GMT 30/06/25. 1st ranking will win a trip to Sardinia for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd to 121st closest and fastest participants will be allocated Antler travel accessories from a pre-determined list which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd – 121st as follows:

10. Phase 3 shall take place between 08:00 GMT 01/07/25 to 23:00 GMT 31/07/25. 1st ranking will win a trip to Venice for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd – 121st closest and fastest participants will be allocated Antler travel accessories from a pre-determined list which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd – 121st as follows:

The 2nd – 121st closest and fastest participants will be allocated Antler travel accessories a pre-determined list which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd – 121st as follows:

12. Phase 5 shall take place between 08:00 GMT 01/09/25 to 23:00 GMT 30/09/25. 1st ranking will win a trip to Rome for themselves and one guest (both 18+). See clause 6 for further prize details. The 2nd – 121st closest and fastest participants will be allocated Antler travel accessories from a pre-determined list which will correspond to their ranking between 2nd – 121st as follows:

13. All entrants will receive a Secret Escapes promo code to redeem £/€50 off their next booking, minimum spend of £/€300 on provision of proof of purchase. See clause 7 for further details.
14. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
15. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Prizes
1. The Prizes consist of:
  1. Five (5) holidays to Italian locations for two (2). Each holiday package is for a winner and one (1) guest, both aged 18+. See clause 6 for further prize details.
    1. Locations for the holiday packages include Capri, Sardinia, Venice, Tuscany & Rome.
  2. Six hundred and three (603) premium Antler travel accessories. See clause 6 for further prize details.
2. There are six hundred and eight (608) prizes to be won for as part of a game of skill awarding prizes via a leader board over the entire Promotion for UK and ROI entrants combined.
3. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
4. The prizes cannot be swapped for an alternative.
5. The Prizes are supplied by the Promoter and administered through its agents (the “Prize Administrators”):

Further Prize Type Details
1. Prizes will be awarded as follows:
  1. Five (5) holidays to Italian locations for two (2). Each holiday package is for a winner and one (1) guest, both aged 18+.
    1. Locations for the holiday packages include Capri, Sardinia, Venice, Tuscany & Rome.
    2. 5 nights in a 4* or 5* hotel sharing a double room including bed and breakfast.
    3. Trips must be booked by 23:59 on 15th January 2026
    4. Trips must be taken by no later than 30th September 2026
    5. Stays are subject to availability and blackout dates.
      1. Blackout dates to include all UK, ROI and Italian bank holidays: 25th-26th December 2025, 1st January 2026, 6th January 2026, 3rd-6th April 2026, 25th April 2026, 1st May 2026, 4th May 2026, 25th May 2026, 2nd June 2026, 15th August 2026, 31st August 2026
    6. Trip includes a 3-course dining experience for two in the hotel they are staying in. Up to the value of €125 per person (€250 in total). To be taken on one evening during their stay. To be arranged in advance as part of the total holiday booking.
    7. Direct return economy flights from your chosen major UK or ROI airport.
    8. Private transfers included to and from the hotel.
    9. €1,000 spending money delivered via BACS transfer to the UK or ROI bank account details given by the winner(s). PayPal transfers can be made on request for the €1,000 spending money instead of BACS transfer. To be delivered no later than 7 days prior to departure. If in UK, spending money will be transferred over in GBP to the value of €1,000 at the exchange rate on the date when the payment is made. This is subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
    10. ATOL protection
    11. The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight and stay in the same hotel room.
    12. Travel insurance is excluded from the prize. The winner and guest must obtain travel insurance covering all personal requirements including any pre-existing medical conditions.
    13. The winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the Prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and their guest’s own.
    14. The winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and have all necessary and relevant visas (if applicable) to travel to the prize destination. Each person’s passport must have an expiry date no less than 6 months following the dates of travel, unless otherwise specified by a pertinent regulation. All passport and visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the relevant winner and guest.
    15. No additional guests can be added onto this prize package.
    16. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the Prize Administrators/Secret Escapes Limited.
  2. Six hundred and three (603) premium Antler travel accessories, including:

2. Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in any reasonable publicity and related promotional purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any winners who are or appear to be under 25 years of age will not be featured in any publicity.
Secret Escapes Promo Code Redemption
1. All entrants will receive a code to redeem £50 (UK entrants) or €50 (ROI entrants) off their next booking with Secret Escapes, minimum spend of £300 or €300 applies.
2. Once entrant has submitted their details on the promotion site, a unique online digital code will be provided via email using the email address given on data entry within 72 hours of submission.
3. Max one code per person.
4. A maximum of one £50/€50 code can be used towards a booking with Secret Escapes which meets the minimum spend threshold. Promo code valid for single use only. If the booking is cancelled, the winner will not receive a refund based on the value of the promotional code.
5. Codes are valid to be redeemed within 30 days of issue. Please note the promo code is case sensitive. Subject to availability.
6. The promotional code is non-transferable, non-refundable, personal to the entrant to whom it was issued and has no cash value outside of a valid redemption against a booking made through Secret Escapes.

Winner Notification – Leader Board
1. Winners will be chosen using a leader board mechanic to allocate prizes during each phase of the promotion, as set out at clause 4 above.
  1. Each winner will be chosen by reviewing the leader board at the end of each phase.
    1. Phase One on 16th June 2025
    2. Phase Two on 1st July 2025
    3. Phase Three on 1st August 2025
    4. Phase Four on 1st September 2025
    5. Phase Five on 1st October 2025
  2. Winners will be allocated the prize which corresponds to their leader board ranking for the relevant phase. See clause 4 for details.
  3. The winners will receive a winning confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of entry notifying them of the prize they have won (the “Winning Confirmation Email”). The Winning Confirmation Emails for each phase will be sent out on the following date(s):
    1. Phase One on 17th June 2025
    2. Phase Two on 2nd July 2025
    3. Phase Three on 4th August 2025
    4. Phase Four on 2nd September 2025
    5. Phase Five on 3rd October 2025
  4. Winners are required to respond to the Winning Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided within 14 days to confirm eligibility by providing their age, home address details and acceptance of the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Winners will be asked to confirm their age by sharing an image of their ID including date of birth, this can include driving licence or passport. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification in time, rejects their prize or is ineligible, the prize will be reallocated to the Mop-Up leaderboard with the original winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
2. All requested details must be provided otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reject the winning entry with no liability.
3. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
Mop-Up Prizes: Leader Board
1. A mop-up leader board will allocate unclaimed prizes for each phase. The winners of any mop-up prize for each phase will be notified by Winning Confirmation Email sent out on the following date(s):
  1. Phase One on 2nd July 2025
  2. Phase Two on 16th July 2025
  3. Phase Three on 19th August 2025
  4. Phase Four on 17th September 2025
  5. Phase Five on 20th October 2025
2. The mop-up prize will be allocated to the entrant who is next in line on the leader board, who has not previously been assigned a prize. The leader board is created as per clause 4. Winners will be required to respond within 14 days to the Winning Confirmation Email to confirm eligibility by providing age, home address details and acceptance of the prize. Winners will be asked to confirm their age by sharing an image of their ID including date of birth, this can include driving licence or passport. In the event a winner does not respond to this notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select the next eligible winner from the leader board with the original winner forfeiting their right to the prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice after the mop-up draw. At the end of this process, all remaining prizes will become null and void.
Prize Delivery
1. All requested details must be provided otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reject the winning entry with no liability.
2. The promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event the winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.
  1. Holiday winners: After a valid claim and the completion of the verification process, the prize partner will liaise with the winner within 7 days to arrange the booking according to clause 6. €1,000 spending money delivered via BACS transfer to the UK or ROI bank account details given by the winner(s). PayPal transfers can be made on request for the €1,000 spending money instead of BACS transfer. To be delivered no later than 7 days prior to departure. If in UK, spending money will be transferred over in GBP to the value of €1,000 at the exchange rate on the date when the payment is made. This is subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
  2. Travel accessories winners: The prize will be delivered to the winners by first-class post to the delivery address provided within 28 days of being notified of their win and the completion of any verification process.

General Terms and Conditions
1. These general terms and conditions apply in addition to the Specific terms and conditions above. Together, they shall be referred to as the “terms and conditions”.
2. Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the specific terms and conditions above.
3. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
4. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participants entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
5. Entries submitted using automated methods, including but not limited to computer scripts, bots, or any other software, are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. Furthermore, any attempt to intentionally obscure IP addresses, such as through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies, to manipulate or bypass entry rules will result in the immediate disqualification of those entries. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and take necessary actions to maintain the integrity of the competition.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and the images associated with, home address and ID showing date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID showing date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
7. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the main prize winners, to anyone who contacts them within three months after the closing date by emailing contact@peronicompetitions.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. If you object to any or all of your surname or county of residence being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via contact@peronicompetitions.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
11. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before entering any Promotion.
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in the promotion or taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
13. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
15. The Promoter will only use personal data supplied during the course of this promotion for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter will pass such information to the Prize Administrators solely for the purposes of administering this promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion with the exception of the main prize winner whose data will be deleted after completion of their trip. You can request access to you personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to contact@peronicompetitions.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
